The client's sample request
"The company lost 30 of 200 customers last year (15%) and wants to know who is leaving, why, and what retention is worth."
Clients tell TED what they want accomplished in ordinary language — no special commands or technical setup. TED is designed to interpret the request, identify the specialist roles it needs and coordinate the work.
The COO asks why 15% of customers left.
How the client assigns it: The COO shares a sample customer list with start dates, revenue and cancellation notes and asks TED for a churn analysis. TED confirms causes will be treated as hypotheses to test.
